Website Terms of Use

Effective 29 August 2026 · Applies to sentinelconnect.ai (UK and US editions)

Items shown [like this] are placeholders to complete before publishing. These terms cover use of the website only. The Sentinel Connect service itself is provided under a separate written agreement with each client.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Booked. Dent Ltd, trading as Sentinel Connect, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17073892), registered office 2 Wheeleys Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, West Midlands, B15 2LD. Email: hello@sentinel.clinic.

2. Using this site

By using the site you agree to these terms. The site is provided for general information about our services. You may browse it and print or download extracts for your own business evaluation. You may not scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or misuse the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. No offer, no advice

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a guarantee of any outcome. Illustrations, demonstrations, figures, scenarios and the "studio" configurator are examples only — they show what a system could look like, not what any particular client has achieved or what yours will. Time and cost ranges are indicative. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement and to our discretion to accept it.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, illustrations and animations on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. "Sentinel", "Sentinel Connect" and the associated marks are used by us [under licence from / as trade marks of — confirm ownership]; other product names (for example QuickBooks, Stripe, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, Google Ads) are trade marks of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe integrations. No such owner sponsors or endorses us.

5. Third-party services

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. See our Privacy Policy for details of the data involved.

6. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Region editions

The site is published in a UK edition and a US edition. Both describe the same service; wording, currency and industry terms are localised for convenience. Where they differ, neither edition creates additional obligations on us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to this site. If you are accessing the site from outside the UK, including from the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
