Privacy Policy

Effective 29 August 2026 · Applies to sentinelconnect.ai (UK and US editions)

Items shown [like this] are placeholders to complete before publishing. This policy covers the website only. Data we process on behalf of client businesses through the Sentinel Connect service is governed by the data processing terms in each client's agreement, not by this page.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Booked. Dent Ltd, trading as Sentinel Connect ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17073892, with its registered office at 2 Wheeleys Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, West Midlands, B15 2LD. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Contact: hello@sentinel.clinic [replace with the live Sentinel Connect inbox]. [If a Data Protection Officer or privacy contact is appointed, name them here.]

2. What this website collects

This is a brochure site. It has no user accounts and no forms that submit data to us. The personal data involved is limited to the following.

DataWhere it comes fromWhy

Region detection. To show the right edition on first visit we check your device's time-zone setting in your browser. This happens entirely on your device; no location lookup is made and nothing is sent to us.

Analytics. [If you add Google Analytics, Plausible, Meta Pixel, a chat widget or similar, describe it here, and add a consent banner for any tool that sets non-essential cookies or fingerprinting identifiers.] At the time of writing the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Legal bases (UK GDPR)

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use the following service providers, who process data on our instructions:

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom. Some of the providers above are in the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the provider's certification under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.

6. How long we keep data

7. Your rights (UK and EU visitors)

You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interests you may object at any time. To exercise a right, email us at the address above. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113) or, if you are in the EU, to your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first.

8. Notice for United States visitors

This section supplements the rest of the policy for visitors in the United States.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed in section 2: identifiers (name, email address, IP address), internet activity (pages visited, referrer), and any information you choose to include in an email. We collect it directly from you and from your device, for the purposes in section 2, and share it only with the service providers in section 4. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a right to limit. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of sale or sharing (not applicable, as we do neither); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Submit a request by emailing us. We will verify your request by matching the email address you write from with the one we hold, and may ask for further information where needed. You may use an authorised agent; we will require proof of the agent's authority. We aim to respond within 45 days.

Because the site sets no tracking cookies, it does not currently respond to Global Privacy Control signals; if that changes we will update this policy. [Note: the CCPA only applies to businesses above certain thresholds (e.g. $25M+ annual revenue or data on 100,000+ consumers). Until you meet one, this section is voluntary good practice rather than a legal requirement — but California's CalOPPA does require any site that collects personal information from Californians to post a privacy policy, which this is.]

Other states

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete and port their data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. We do not engage in targeted advertising, sale or profiling. To exercise a right, email us; if we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision and we will respond within 45 days.

Nevada

We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

9. Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Email and logs are held with providers that maintain industry-standard security controls and access to them is restricted to people who need it.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
